Are you
looking for a way to decorate your dining room? Or have a
complete ‘make over’ of your home? Did you want your home
to appear on the original series of Changing Rooms? Are you
a budding Laurence Llewellyn Bowen? Do you visit
exhibitions and events to get ideas on the latest
fashionable look for your home?
You could
go grand scale and get gilt edged mirrors, a sunken bath and
gold taps in your bathroom with a hand drawn cherub on the
ceiling or go sexy in the bedroom with mirrors on the
ceiling, subdued lighting, warm red walls and a
strategically placed pole! If those aren’t to your
taste, then you could follow the autumn and winter 2007
colour trend of deep vibrant blues, greens and a hint of
plum with great accessories. If you’re extravagant you
could put all those colours together in one room, if you
don’t fancy that then paint a feature wall with one of the
colours and paint the remaining walls in a neutral colour.
Texture
is what this season is all about and flock wallpaper is
making a big comeback, though probably not to everyone’s
taste. Richly coloured silk and wool cushions
could be added to a neutral sofa bringing a burst of warmth.
Metallic accessories are still in fashion, well placed
silver vases and candlesticks add a touch of elegance to
your home.
You may
want each room in your home to be completely different, for
example a monochrome front room, all blacks and whites, your
dining room could be opulent reds and oranges, and you may
want your kitchen to reflect the style of the 50’s with
retro storage and seating or a traditional country kitchen.
It’s more
than possible to have your home in whatever style you want.
All you have to do is search for your style and implement
it, it really is that easy.

website will be live soon.
